Sewa is proud to offer highly customized services that support creative people to reach their goals and rep their people.

Our vision is a post-colonial, thriving society where creativity is valued over destruction, and commerce is by and for people, not corperations.
We serve oppressed people including BIPOC, LGBTQ, Disabled, Veterans, gender-oppressed people, and more.

In other words, we help real people with their goals.

SEWA means flower in the Yaqui language of Yo’eme (our founder’s pre-colonial language).

It comes from the flower underworld, where all of life originates and returns (Seyewailo).

lydz ✨

lydz aka lydia grijalva has been business minded since they got busted for selling pokemon cards and peanuts in first grade. they’ve been a storyteller since they told their younger siblings that they’re actually from outer space, but have since apologized for traumatizing them with that.
accolades are weird but we can take a sec to catch you up:
- 3rd generation reiki practitioner, from a long line of yaqui energy workers
- worked in all levels of nonprofit and food service
- published and awarded for very random things here and there
- most importantly, our clients and community can confirm that if you need a plan, lydz is the one to talk to.
- animals warm up to lydz quickly, which is usually a good sign.

we’re building slowly so that’s currently the whole staff list, but we’ll introduce you to our partners, clients, students and other favorites on IG (it’s cute and small RN) @sewa.digital <3
